Shaping the FUTURE of Youth by Raah-e-Mustaqbil
Motto: To assist the students who don’t know how to choose the right career path this may be fruitful for them in the long run.
The process of gradually improving or getting nearer to Mega Project:
Starting something new is always a very difficult task to do but once they start is taken things get smoother and easier for you. In our first blog we don’t know how to start and from where to start but now we are brave enough to make quick decisions that may impact positively our mega project i.e Raah-e-Mustaqbil. These decisions really make an impact on our mega project. During this period of time, we were able to achieve 600+ followers on our Facebook page. This is something we didn’t expect to happen. The overall reaction of the people is quite amazing. Our fellows and the people who tried to reach us congratulated and appreciated us.
Our first introductory session came to happen finally. In this session, we tried to tell the people about the importance of career counseling. This session is hosted by Kainat Javed and Shumail Siddique(Circle Leader), Javeria Hamid and Ubaidullah Shalmini played the role of guest speaker, and Haroon Mughal and Maheen Kashif controlling and managing the things at the backend and made an attractive video for the Raah-e-Mustaqbil aspirants.
This is not the end. We receive a number of Phone calls, Whatsapp and Facebook Messages, and a large number of emails we received during these 15 days. Moreover, we take this opportunity with both hands and start counseling the students with the help of Maheen Kashif as she has done her Bachelors in Psychology and knows how to strengthen the mental abilities of a teenage student. The students and the rest of the members of Raah-e-Mustaqbil appreciated her efforts. In the next few days, our team is planning to organize a grand webinar for the students of the 10th and 12th standards. For this, we are trying to engage some renowned foundations of their field. In this regard “Shaoor Foundation” is ready to work with us, which is something of great achievement for us. Hopefully, we manage to engage some more reputed organizations for this purpose as we are constantly trying to engage a number of organizations.

Nothing is easy in this world. If you are thinking that life is easy when you are on the wrong side of the mirror. In the whole journey, there are many difficulties and challenges we face with an open heart and above all, we manage to handle these challenges but these challenges lead us to think out of the box and try to solve the problem by staying in our own domain.
We all are new to this great endeavor or adventure of our life. All of us don’t know how we get a handsome amount of people attracted to our mega project. That is a very challenging task for us to do but, in the end, we manage to engage a good number of people on our social media platforms. For this, we use the Amal Teamwork tips to get succeeded.
Choosing the medium to communicate with our audience is another big challenge for us. All of us are familiar with the Zoom meeting app but it only allows us a 40 minutes session which is not enough. There are many good apps also available on the play store but some are too expensive to buy and some are not user-friendly. To handle this challenge we use many free apps on a trial basis, it is a time really a consuming task. Kyun Kyun Kyun tip is used to analyze the medium of communication.
Another big hurdle we face is to arrange during this mega project work is to have a professional guide or a professional career counselor as a volunteer with us. This happens by using the Amal tip “use your connections”. We all are worried about this big hurdle. All are trying to arrange a good counselor which can give impactful feedback to our audience. And we try hard to convince our counselor to give each individual a special slot of time.
Good feedback and bad feedback both are part of life. People are always ready to give you negative feedback. Hence in this case we also face some negative feedback. People with a negative mindset always discourage you from trying something new. Legs pullers always discourage you by saying this may not happen, don’t waste your time. In this manner, amal feedback tips are quite helpful and motivating for anyone.
Change is the only consistent thing in this world:

The change is compulsory for any society to prosper well and match the rest. In the past few days, we observe little changes from our previous blog or work. These changes may look very tiny to the people around us but they are very helpful for us. The change that we observe from the past is we become able to boost our speed at a good pace. Our time management skills improved comprehensively with a well-prepared pre-planned strategy. We become able to schedule our group and individual tasks as well. Define the roles and responsibilities of each member of the group. Every member is eager to make an impact.
Use your passion to make an impact:
For us winning the hearts of our audience is the best impact we made to date. The smiling faces of our audience relieve all our stress, worries, and tensions of ours. Those smiles make us happier for them. To keep the future of our country smiling, we made the admission process easy, smooth, and free for everyone so that no one is left behind and everyone can grab this great opportunity. It will make a great impact on our nation in the long term. Even with the free services we ensure quality and try to satisfy our audience is always our top priority.
Challenges we Faced Uptill now
Challenges are inevitable yet they are not shackles because we can face them through our courage and teamwork spirit. That is what we have learned during our fellowship and that has made us robust. With respect to our megaproject Raah E Mustaqbil, we as a team have faced lots of challenges. Chronologically, the major setback we have faced when Mr. Basit Ali has unfortunately left the journey, because of this all the major planning and division of duties among team members came under ambiguity. As we are stout against challenges, we immediately shifted our duties. For example, Ms. Kainat and Mr. Basit Ali were appointed as our social media handlers earlier, after the departure of Mr. Basit, there was a space which was filled by Mr. Shumail and other members who have contributed effectively, and hence we all become social media team and all of us started posting on our pages as per our feasibility.

Afterward, the second challenge came up, when we had received a message on our Instagram, it was hard to evaluate the problem of our client as Insta was controlled by only one person. For this purpose, to tackle the challenge, Ms. Maheen has drafted a google form to easily and collectively evaluate what kind of guidance our client is seeking. Hence our process of replying to the queries and addressing the concerns also become smooth.
Another challenge that we are facing even now is to gather up the audience, as this is the crucial time for matric and intermediate students because of their upcoming exams. We as a team have devised a plan to work on zoom live webinars that will remain on Facebook, so the students can seek guidance whenever they want. With this whole process, we have learned that challenges make us strong, they enhance our immunity as a team and make us more efficient in any uncertain scenario, so what is better than that?
Change in Approach

The change in approach in projects helped incredibly in any situation and develop adaptability. so helped in retaining the desired results of the project. we don’t deny the fact that if any change is approach is made it also has a bad impression and may have a bad impact on members’ performance but if the change is made manually it can decrease the quotient of loss and increase the quotient of profit. In our project we faced some changes at happened, anticipatory, and planned level but we make sure that the goal of our project can be met. first of all, before making a change toward any approach:
1- We crafted a vision and plan.
2- Implement the change
3-Embedded the change in the basic strategy of our project
4- Review the progress and analyze results.
the changes in our approach are not fundamental but they are those who helped us in meeting our goal. they are as following:
1- Happened change:
while implementing the strategies we realize that the counseling was most needed by the less privileged class of our society and the pandemic has affected the financial condition so badly due to which we feel the need for free services for them so that they don’t lose the opportunity.
2- Anticipatory change:
while we were planning to implement our strategies we feel like we don’t have that much time to get to every person who is asking for counseling and who is not asking for it at this moment so we decided to make videos and recorded meetings from different university students which guide every person about admission, university culture, fee structure, and opportunities. this will help everyone and we also can save time.
3-planned change:
we have decided to provide our services to people who contacted us through any medium but it was very difficult for us to reach without any manual way so we change our approach and whoever now contacted us we will provide them a contacting form through which we will immediately respond them.
Impact till now we have generated
Career counseling helps the students and professionals understand the career opportunities and options available. Career counseling helps them analyze their strengths and weaknesses and helps in finding the perfect career path. It will help in boosting the confidence and morale of the student and the professional.
It may therefore offer some of the short-term well-being benefits of personal counseling. More importantly, career guidance supports people to access decent work, and education or training opportunities that provide access to a source of income, social contact, purposeful activity, and some health challenges.
Impact till date:
Till now we have counseled almost 50 students from different age groups and disciplines. During this period of time, we were able to achieve 600+ followers on our Facebook page, Instagram and almost 20+ students approached us via email. We have received a number of Phone calls, Whatsapp, and Facebook Messages, and a large number of emails we received during these 15 days.
We tried our best to collaborate with the Shaoor foundation but due to certain reasons they weren’t available then we changed our strategy accordingly,

In Pakistan, students tend to face a number of difficulties while choosing a career path. That is large because of the lack of availability of career counselors in different institutes and colleges. Students in Pakistan tend to make decisions based on what their peers and elders recommend which makes them confused and puts them in a dilemma where they cannot think for themselves anymore. Raah-e-Mustaqbil is actually doing its best to help the youth via its services.
Sustainability of Raah-e-Mustaqbil

We all aware of the importance of sustainability of any project in the success of that project, so basically what is the sustainability of our mega project. Our mega project is so sustainable because of the increasing demand for career counseling in our country. We all know that we belong to a system where students have no idea what to do after their graduation either from school or college after matric and Fsc respectively. Our schools, universities, and colleges are graduating engineers, doctors, and all other professionals continuously without any proper direction. So in this scenario, you always need proper direction to lead your goals.
We plan to carry on our project after this fellowship because of our achievements and their impact on our society. We all know that how important career counseling for our society. The more we work on counseling the more we create innovative, creative, and talented professionals after knowing their strengths and powers. So we are going to carry on this project with my Amal fellows In the long term due to its importance. Now let me tell you why our Megaproject is more sustainable?

We are working in a team with a proper network like we are students from different backgrounds and doing work hard to achieve of our academic goals also doing such amazing guidance for students through the meeting, video intros, questionnaire, and many more things. Our teamwork and passion for this project and also burning desire to do something for our society Make our mega project sustainable.
